Too Much Muscle Mass Is not Safe

Today, fast-forward to the "co test" conducted in 1973 where Casey Viator got an incredible 63.21 pounds of muscle in 28 days. Allowed, Viator did not train for 5 months beforehand and dieted hard the previous month along with a half to make the effects more dramatic, and he was offered a "healthy money incentive" for every pound of muscle he gained, but he was by no means a novice. And no matter which kind of sample that is genetic Viator might have been, you don't get muscle that is that much in that little time, normally!
How did he do it?
